E-Commerce Development
Your store, your rules. A custom-built storefront — done properly, with clear scope and no surprises.
Off-the-shelf templates and bloated platforms often slow down your site and add unnecessary complexity. We build modern, performant e-commerce stores tailored to your brand — giving your customers a smooth experience from browsing to checkout. We work with a defined scope: you know exactly what you are getting before we start.
We focus on what we can control: clean code, fast load times, a secure checkout flow, and a backend you can actually manage yourself. Sales numbers, traffic, and conversions depend on your products, your pricing, and your marketing strategy — and we will be upfront about that distinction from day one.

Before You Decide — Honest Expectations
Hosting is Your Ongoing Cost
We build and deliver the store. Hosting, domain renewal, and any platform subscription fees are ongoing costs you manage. We will recommend the right setup, help configure it, and give you a clear cost estimate before you commit.
We Cannot Guarantee Sales
A well-built store removes technical friction from the buying process. Whether people actually buy depends on your product, pricing, traffic source, and marketing. We build the technical foundation — the sales strategy is yours.
Timeline Depends on Your Feedback Speed
Estimated timelines assume you review and respond within 1–2 business days at each checkpoint. Delays in feedback will extend the timeline — this is normal and expected, not a problem, just a reality to plan for.
Post-Launch Work is Billed Separately
New features, design changes, and content updates outside the agreed post-launch support window are scoped and billed separately. We will always provide a written estimate before doing any extra work.
How We Work Together
- 01
Strategy & Planning
Day 1–3We map out your product catalog, categories, shipping rules, and payment gateways. We define exactly how the user journey should flow.
- 02
UX/UI Design
Day 4–8We design the storefront, product pages, and checkout process. You review the designs to ensure they match your brand vision perfectly.
- 03
Development
Day 9–16We build the custom frontend and integrate the e-commerce backend. We set up the database, payment processors, and automated emails.
- 04
Testing
Day 17–19We rigorously test the shopping cart, payment gateways (using test cards), mobile responsiveness, and email delivery.
- 05
Your Review
Day 20–22You test-drive your new store. We handle any tweaks or adjustments to the layout or product data before we go live.
- 06

Frequently Asked Questions
- What e-commerce platform do you use?
- It depends on your needs. For most modern, fast setups we build custom frontends (using Astro/Next.js) connected to headless backends like Shopify or MedusaJS. This gives you the easy dashboard of Shopify but the lightning speed of a custom site.
- Can you integrate local payment gateways?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate local gateways like Midtrans, Xendit, or regional providers alongside standard global options like Stripe and PayPal.
- Do I have to add all the products myself?
- We include initial setup for a set number of products (e.g., 50 or 500 depending on the package) so you can launch immediately. We also provide a simple spreadsheet template if you have bulk data to import.
- Will I be able to manage orders and inventory myself?
- Yes. You will have a secure, intuitive dashboard where you can add new products, update prices, track inventory, and process orders. We include a training session to make sure you are 100% comfortable.
- Do you help with shipping setup?
- Yes, we will configure your flat rate, weight-based, or integrated live-carrier shipping rules during the development phase so it calculates perfectly at checkout.
- What happens if something breaks during a big sale?
- Our Growth and Enterprise packages include a defined priority post-launch support window (30 days). During that window, critical bugs are fixed at no extra charge. After the support window, fixes are available on a per-incident or retainer basis.
- What is NOT included in the package price?
- To be completely transparent: hosting fees, domain registration/renewal, payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Stripe, Midtrans, etc.), platform subscription costs (if using Shopify as a headless backend), and any development work after the agreed post-launch support window are all separate. We will itemize all expected recurring costs in your quote — no hidden fees.
- How much will it cost to run the store each month after launch?
- A typical setup runs between $10–$50/month depending on your hosting choice and whether you use a paid platform backend. We will give you a full breakdown of expected recurring costs as part of the planning phase — before you commit to anything.
- Can you migrate my existing store from Shopify, WooCommerce, or a marketplace?
- In most cases, yes. Product catalogs, customer data, and order history can be migrated. The exact scope and any additional cost depend on how much data you have and which platform you are migrating from. We scope this in detail during the discovery session so you have a clear picture before we start.
- What if I need new features or design changes after launch?
- Get in touch and we will scope it. Minor updates — text, images, adding products — are quick and low-cost. Larger features or redesigns are quoted as a fixed scope or hourly engagement. We will send you a written estimate before doing any extra work, so there are no bill surprises.
